1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of sameteamparenting.com (the "Site") and any digital guides or related materials you purchase through it (collectively, the "Products"). By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Educational purpose only — not professional advice

Same Team Parenting offers educational and informational content only. Nothing on the Site or in the Products constitutes parenting, medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing we provide creates a professional or therapist–client relationship of any kind.

Every child and family situation is different. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, psychologist, therapist, or other licensed professional with any questions regarding your child's health, development, behaviour, or well-being — including a diagnosis of ADHD and its treatment. Never disregard professional medical or mental-health advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read on the Site or in a Product. If you believe your child is in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or a licensed crisis service immediately.

3. No guaranteed results

Testimonials and examples on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your child's temperament, diagnosis, and family circumstances. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any particular result from using the Products.

4. Purchases, pricing, and delivery

• Products are digital. After checkout, you receive access instructions by email; nothing is shipped physically.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, bonuses, or promotional terms at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
• Promotional offers (such as launch discounts or time-limited bonuses) apply only during the stated period and may end without notice.
• Checkout and payment processing are provided by Whop. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's terms of service.

5. 14-day refund guarantee

Every Product is covered by our "Shorter Fights, Calmer Home" 14-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email us (see the Contact / Legal Notice below) and we will refund your purchase in full — no interrogation, no hassle, and no hard feelings.

6. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and use it for your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, share your login, publish, or use the Products commercially without our written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of Same Team Parenting. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the Site or our customers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Same Team Parenting and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Products, including decisions you make regarding your child's care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those described on the Site.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and relies on third-party services (such as Whop for checkout and YouTube for embedded video). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will not retroactively affect orders you have already placed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Same Team Parenting operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
