1. Who we are
Same Team Parenting ("we", "us") publishes educational guides for parents, including "ADHD Parenting Without Power Struggles — Ages 7–12", sold through this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:
- Order information. Purchases are processed by our checkout provider (Whop). We receive your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver your guide and provide support. We never see or store your full payment card details.
- Email address. If you contact us or purchase a guide, we use your email to deliver the product, respond to your message, and send order-related updates.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we may collect basic analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to understand how the site is used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the digital products you purchase and provide customer support, including refunds under our 14-day guarantee;
- Send transactional emails related to your order;
- Improve the website and our guides;
- Comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. Payments and third-party services
Checkout, payment processing, and product delivery are handled by Whop (whop.com). When you buy a guide, Whop processes your payment and may handle your data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. We also use standard analytics and email delivery providers to operate this site. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function.
5. Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults — parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site, keep your checkout session working, and measure basic traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention and security
We keep order and support records only as long as needed to deliver your purchase, honour the guarantee, and meet our legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us using the contact details in our Terms & Conditions and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
